  • Workshops – engaging group sessions that spark curiosity and build shared understanding.

  • Bootcamps – immersive, multi-session programs (from 2-day intensives to 4–6 week series) that create lasting confidence and capability across teams.

AI Strategy — Turning Curiosity into Roadmaps

Once the basics are in place, many teams ask: “What’s next?” That’s where strategy comes in.

I help organizations identify where AI can support their workflows, design practical roadmaps for adoption, and build confidence around change. From quick “opportunity scans” to detailed blueprints, my strategy work ensures AI isn’t just exciting — it’s relevant and achievable.

When needed, I also provide light implementation support — helping teams set up their first AI tools, create custom GPTs, or connect systems with no-code platforms like Zapier or Make. This ensures strategy moves off the page and into action, without overwhelming teams or losing sight of the human side of change.
