(Reflections from the “Designing Human Futures” event at NY Tech)
AI is generative.
Not just a tool, but a partner in creativity, systems, and meaning-making. It invites us to participate, not just automate.
Why women’s participation in AI matters.
If we’re not shaping it, we’re being shaped by it. Without diverse perspectives, AI becomes another tool of bias. We need more women not just using AI—but adapting it to real, everyday life.
As AI grows smarter, the real question becomes: what are we meant to do?
The goal isn’t to catch up with AI—it’s to come home to what is uniquely human in us. Purpose. Insight. Connection.
This is the work I’m here to do.
Not just showing people how to use AI, but helping them integrate it in a way that feels grounded, empowering, and aligned with who they are.
I met my people.
Thoughtful, curious, purpose-driven. Being in that room affirmed the path I’m on and reminded me that this work matters.
