Before It Becomes Obvious

Between Worlds
Between Worlds

Every morning I wake up and read AI newsletters. I listen to podcasts. I watch YouTube videos on the latest breakthroughs—Veo, Gemini, whatever just dropped. I'm interested.

I've always been drawn to the movement of data, the way our brains process language and patterns. But I’ve never seen anything move this fast. Fascinating and concerning all at once.

Human adoption may look slow right now—but I think that’s misleading.

A few months ago, I launched my AI consultancy. It felt second nature. Still, I remain an observer too—I don’t know where this is all heading. What I do know is: this is more than hype. This is a cultural shift. One we’ll all have to adapt to.

Having worked as a cross-cultural coach, I see so many parallels. The uncertainty, the resistance, the stretch between who we’ve been and who we’re becoming. A big part of my mission is to help others build a positive, collaborative relationship with AI.

When I launched, I built a portfolio of automations and systems that helped run parts of my business. A few months later, many of those same things can now be done directly by AI—with less effort, in less time. It’s hard to keep up—and I’m deep in it.

Why did I decide to write this today? To say:

Don’t ignore the shift. Don’t wait for certainty. Familiarize yourself with AI—at your own pace, in your own way—but do it.
